Change Team is Virgin Media’s newly formed in-house digital tech team responsible for looking after all digital platforms and tech innovation. As part of their formation, the team strategised 5 core behavioural principles, and wanted the principles brought to life to inspire team members as they continued to grow.
I created a suite of playful team-themed illustrations with an expressive typography style and bright colour palette to bring some warmth to the overall feel of the principles, helping them feel human and inspirational.
