Network Spotlight.
Vodafone wanted to create an end-of-year personalised video to play back to customers how they had used their network over the past 12 months. Each section of the video had to be created so that scenes could swap in or out depending on customer data, without disrupting the video narrative.
Applying a paper craft look & feel with a touch of Christmas sparkle, I designed the storyboard and scenes for the video, then worked with a motion designer and copywriter to bring the video to life.

VeryMe Rewards Anniversary.
Vodafone's customer loyalty programme, VeryMe Rewards, was approaching its two year anniversary and Vodafone wanted to celebrate by creating a personalised video to play back to customers how they'd used the rewards programme over the two years.
Working with a copywriter, we created a storyboard and script based on 'a world of rewards' that let customers dive into a world full of fast-moving reward cards swinging from railings. With reward cards swinging in and out of frame, we played back to customers their most popular reward, category and favourite brand. I designed the storyboard and video assets, then worked with a motion designer and copywriter to bring the video to life.

iPhone 11 Launch.
With the launch of the new iPhone, Vodafone wanted to target its existing customers with a personalised, interactive video that could recommend the perfect plan to each customer based on their current plan and data usage.
Working with a copywriter, we concepted a storyboard set within an immersive 3D red world, where fast-paced dynamic text fields could be pulled into each scene to allow customers to quickly see their recommended plan and upgrade straight away. The video also featured hot-spots throughout, which the customer could tap to pause the video and find out more information. We worked closely with motion designers to bring the video to life.
